摘 要:高铁被视为城市发展的引擎,许多城市均规划了高铁新城,期待其作为一个活力因素拉动城市区域新的发展,促进人口聚集。然而实际情况是,高铁效应的发挥并未达到最初的预期。由于高铁在我国运营较晚,受限于数据,目前针对高铁核心区发展相关的量化研究较少。文章选取京沪、武广两条较早投入运营的高铁线路为研究对象,通过偏相关分析探索影响站区发展的影响因素,最终指出高铁发展与城市经济、站房规模以及区位存在相关关系。High-speed rail is regarded as the engine of urban development. Many cities have planned high- speed rail new towns and look forward to it as a vital factor to stimulate new development and population concentration in urban areas. However, the reality is that the effect of the high-speed rail has not reached our initial expectations, Due to the late operation of high-speed railways in China, which is limited by data, there are few quantitative studies related to the development of high- speed rail cores. This article selected two high-speed rail lines that were put into operation earlier than Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan, By influencing factor in the development of partial correlation analysis to explore the influence of the station area, finally pointed out that high-speed rail development and urban economy, the station house size and location have the relationship.
