我国生态工业园区产城融合的研究与实践

摘　　要：随着我国城市化的不断推进,工业园区的产城融合也进入到快速发展阶段。其中,生态工业园区凭借发达的生态产业链、可持续发展的能力和良好的生态服务功能处于产城融合的前沿,积累了一定的经验。在运营机制方面,产程融合出现了政府开发、大型国有企业开发、公私合作伙伴关系三种模式;在空间布局方面,产程融合不仅需要处理好中心城区与产业新城的衔接,还需要统筹协调产业新城的生产空间、生活空间和生态空间;在制度创新方面,园区管理体制、户籍管理制度、社区文化体系以及环境治理体系面临着挑战。In China, industry and city＇s integration has stepped into quick development at present. Relying on developed ecological industry chain, sustainable development abilities and good ecological services, industry and city＇s Integration of eco-industry Park is at the forefront of rank, and accumulate rich experience in practice. The operation mechanism model includes government development, development of large state-owned enterprises, and public-private partnership. The space structures involve the relation between center area and industrial area, coordination among production space, living space, and ecological space in eco-industry park. In the aspect of system innovation, park management system, household registration management system, social and cultural system and environmental governance system face the challenges.
