加味宣肺止嗽平喘汤口服联合荆中咳喘膏敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎

摘　　要：目的:观察加味宣肺止嗽平喘汤口服联合荆中咳喘膏敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:200例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规西医疗法,观察组患者给予加味宣肺止嗽平喘汤口服联合荆中咳喘膏敷贴。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后的临床表现积分、肺功能及血清免疫球蛋白。结果:观察组患者有效率(97.00%)明显高于对照组有效率(87.00%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.791 2,P=0.003 0)。治疗后,两组患者的临床积分以及积分均值均得到改善,其中观察组患者的临床表现积分及均值明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者呼气末正压通气(positive and expiratory pressure,PEEP)和最大呼气速率(peak expiratory velocity,PEV)水平均得到改善,其中观察组患者的PEEP与PEV水平明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者补体及免疫球蛋白水平均得到改善;观察组患者的改善水平略高于对照组,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后Ig G水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:加味宣肺止嗽平喘汤口服联合荆中咳喘膏敷贴治疗慢性支气管炎疗效显著,可明显改善患者症状和肺功能。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xuanfei Zhisou Pingchuan Decoction combined with Jingzhong Kechuan Plaster in treatment of Chronic bronchitis. Methods： 200 patients with Chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given the routine western medical treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given Jiawei Xuanfei Zhisou Pingchuan Decoction combined with Jingzhong Kechuan Plaster. The clinical efficacy,clinical performance scores and lung function and serum immunoglobulin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the observation group（ 97. 00%） was significantly higher than（ 87%） that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ χ~2= 8. 7912,P = 0. 003 0）. After treatment,the clinical scores and the mean scores of the two groups were improved. The clinical performance scores and mean values of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the PEEP and PEV levels were improved in both groups. The PEEP and PEV levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the complement and immunoglobulin levels were improved in both groups,and the improvement level of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The Ig G levels in both groups were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiawei Xuanfei Zhisou Pingchuan Decoction combined with Jingzhong Kechuan Plaster is effective in treating for Chronic bronchitis,which can significantly improve the symptoms and lung function of patients.
