摘　　要：龟鹿二仙膏出现于明清之际,先后见于20余种医书和方书,其加工炮制、药物配伍及剂量基本沿袭《医便》记载。该方多用于虚损精极、遗泄、瘦削少气及目视不明等症。其使用与明清温补学派及命门学说的医学理论创新推动相关。Guilu Erxian paste appeared in the Ming ang Qing dynasties,which has been recorded in more than twenty kinds of medical books and prescription literature. Its processing of mareria medica,drug compatibility and dose setting basically followed the step of a classic entitled Yi Bian. It has been widely used to treat for the symptoms such as deficiency of essence,abnormal seminal emissions,rather thinness in figure and weakness in Qi condition as well as blurred vision. Its use is related to the School of Warming and Tonifying Medication and the innovation of medical theory of Mingmen theory in the Ming and Qing dynasties.
