从河图洛书探讨中医肿瘤的病机与治则

摘　　要：从河图洛书入手,探讨中医肿瘤的病机,即土不克水、相火离位。用六经辨证从脾胃进行论治,认为肿瘤的恶性程度与脾湿肝郁程度相关。治疗中,首先治心,然后按照阴阳相济理论,用药须燥湿相混、寒热错杂。这样以河洛为核心,以《伤寒论》为指南,将复杂的肿瘤问题简单化,既便于操作和提高疗效,又为建立和完善中医肿瘤理论体系提供了一个方向。From the perspective of Hetu Luoshu（ the Ancient Chinese Mythological Fiction）,the TCM pathogenesis and therapeutic principle in treatment of tumors is to be explored. The TCM pathogenesis is Water doesn＇t control Water and Xiang Fire is out of position. Treating for tumors from the perspective of Liu Jing syndrome differentiation as well as regulating the functions of Spleen and Stomach,it is believed that the degree of malignancy of the tumor is related to the degree of Spleen Dampness and Liver Qi stagnation. In TCM treatment of tumors,the function of Heart is firstly to be regulated. Then according to the theory of Yin and Yang mutual assistance,the medicines must be both dry and damp as well as being cold and hot. In this way,with Hetu Luoshu being the core consideration and the thoughts in TCM classic entitled ＂ Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂ being the guide,the complex tumor problems are to be simplified,which is convenient for operation and improvement of curative effect. This would provide a direction for establishing and perfecting the theoretical system in treatment of TCM tumors.
