《伤寒微旨论》学术创新思想探析

摘　　要：《伤寒微旨论》为北宋伤寒名家韩祗和所著,是第一本阐发仲景学术思想的专著,在继承仲景学说的同时,敢于创新,发仲景未尽之意。其学术创新思想可以归纳为:对伤寒的病因病机进行革新,提出伤寒郁阳为病的观点,创辛凉解表治法,发刘河间"伤寒六经皆热论"之先声;以经络阐释《伤寒论》六经,首次提出伤寒传足经不传手经的观点;辨汗、下、温三法别出新意,遣方用药灵活施变;论阴黄理法方药,补充《伤寒论》之未备。Shang Hai Wei Zhi Lun,which was written by Han Zhihe,the famous TCM doctor devoted in treatment of typhoid fever in the Northern Song Dynasty,is the first monograph to elucidate Zhang Zhongjing＇ s academic thoughts. While inheriting Zhongjing＇s medical theory,he made innovation and illustrate his new thoughts based on that of Zhongjing. Its academic innovative ideas can be summarized as the followings： He made innovation on the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of typhoid fever and proposed the idea of typhoid fever was caused by the stagnated Yang Qi within human body. Therefore,he created the treatment of the disease with prescriptions that can relieve the exterior syndrome with drugs pungent in flavor and cool in property. This treatment strategy helped to bring about the proposal of Liu Hejian,another great TCM doctor,namely, ＂ in typhoid fever the Six Meridians are all invaded by Heat＂. For the first time,he explained the conditions of Liu Meridians discussed in Shang Hai Lun with meridian theory and put forward the viewpoint that typhoid fever passes through the foot meridians and does not pass though the hand meridians. He proposed there new treatment principles of Han,Xia Wen and used drug flexibly. He also discussed the Yin Huang symptoms and the proper prescriptions,which also can be judged as an innovation based on the medical thoughts in Shang Han Lun.
