摘 要:目的:探讨痰湿方对慢性咽炎及痰湿阻络型颈椎病模型兔炎性因子及椎间盘退变的影响。方法:选取新西兰大白兔40只,采用体积分数2.5%氨水喷洒咽喉、咽部黏膜下注入松节油方法建立慢性咽炎及痰湿阻络型颈椎病模型,将造模成功的32只大白兔随机分为痰湿方组和模型组各16只,分别给予痰湿方治疗和生理盐水灌胃,观察两组兔灌胃7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d后咽部黏膜和椎间盘组织病理学分级情况,并比较两组兔咽部黏膜和椎间盘白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、IL-6的表达水平。结果:灌胃7 d、14 d、21 d后,两组咽部黏膜病理组织分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);灌胃28 d后,痰湿方组咽部黏膜病理组织分级显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。灌胃7 d、14 d、21 d后,两组椎间盘病理组织分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);灌胃28 d后,痰湿方组椎间盘病理组织分级显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。两组咽部黏膜和椎间盘IL-1、IL-6的水平随着时间的推移而逐渐降低,灌胃14 d、21 d、28 d后两组咽部黏膜和椎间盘IL-1、IL-6的水平低于灌胃7 d后(P<0.05),且痰湿方组低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿方可有效促进慢性咽炎及痰湿阻络型颈椎病模型兔咽部黏膜的修复,减轻咽部黏膜和椎间盘炎症,并有助于延缓椎间盘退变速度。Objective: To investigate the effect of Tanshi Decoction on inflammatory factors and intervertebral disc degeneration in rabbits with chronic pharyngitis and phlegm-resistance cervical spondylosis. Methods: Forty New Zealand white rabbits were selected and a model of chronic pharyngitis and phlegm-resistance cervical spondylosis was established by injecting 2. 5% ammonia into the throat and pharyngeal submucosal injections of turpentine. The 32 rabbits were randomly divided into Tanshi Prescription group and model group,with 16 rats in each group. Both groups were treated with Qinshi Prescription and normal saline gavage respectively. The histopathological grades of pharyngeal mucosa and intervertebral disc tissue were observed after 7 d,14 d,21 d,and 28 d of intragastric administration. The expression of interleukin-1( IL-1) and interleukin-1( IL-6) in pharyngeal mucosa and intervertebral disc in rabbits were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the histological grades of pharyngeal mucosa between the two groups after intragastric administration of 7 d,14 d,and 21 d( P〈0. 05). After 28 days of intragastric administration,the pharyngeal mucosal histological grade was significantly lower than that of the model group( P〈0. 05). After 7 d,14 d,and 21 d of intragastric administration,there was no significant difference in the histological grades of the intervertebral discs between the two groups( P〈0. 05). After intragastric administration for 28 days,the histological grades of the intervertebral discs in the Qushi Decoction group were significantly lower than that of the model group( P〈0. 05). The levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in the pharyngeal mucosa and intervertebral discs decreased gradually with time,and the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in the pharyngeal mucosa and intervertebral discs of the two groups after intragastric administration for 14 days,21 days,and 28 days were lower than that of7 days after intragastric administration( P〈0. 05),and that of the T
