枳实消痞丸联合黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑状态临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察枳实消痞丸联合黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑状态(脾虚气滞证)的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合功能性消化不良伴焦虑状态(脾虚气滞证)的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予中药枳实消痞丸联合黄芪建中汤治疗;对照组给予吗丁啉联合奥美拉唑治疗,两组患者疗程均为4周。治疗后以功能性消化不良、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、SF-36生活质量评分表等作为观察指标,评价患者身心症状控制情况及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为90%高于对照组的76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候积分、SAS积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者SF-36评分比较中,在躯体健康总评和精神健康总评两个方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组能更好的改善患者的生活质量。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论:枳实消痞丸联合黄芪建中汤治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑状态(脾虚气滞证)能有效缓解焦虑状态症状,提高患者生活质量,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhishi Xiaopi Pills combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety（ Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation Syndrome）. Methods： Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia and anxiety（ Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation Syndrome） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Zhishi Xiaopi Pills and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction; the control group was treated with morphine and omeprazole. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the FD symptom score scale,SAS anxiety score scale,and SF-36 quality of life score scale were used as observation indicators to evaluate the improvement of physical and mental symptoms and patients＇ quality of life. Results： The effective rate in the treatment group was 90% and that was 76% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores and SAS scores（ P〈0. 05）. In the comparison of SF-36 scores between the two groups,the difference between the physical health assessment and the mental health assessment was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement of the quality of patients＇ life in the treatment group was better. No adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion： Zhishi Xiaopi Pills and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety（ Spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation Syndrome） can effectively alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and improve the quality of life of patients,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
