摘  要:采用正交实验方法对亚麻短纤维过氧乙酸预处理工艺进行最优方案筛选,并对预处理后的短纤维失重率、分裂度、强力、白度、强度以及伸长率进行测试和数据分析。结果表明:过氧乙酸用量和温度对短纤维失重率、分裂度、强力、白度以及强度影响较大,过氧乙酸用量和p H值对短纤维伸长率影响较大。最佳优化工艺参数为:过氧乙酸浓度6 g/L,温度60℃,时间60 min,p H值6。Orthogonal experiment was used to select the optimal process of pretreatment of flax short fibers with peroxyacetic acid. The weight loss,disintegration,strength,whiteness,strength,and elongation of the pretreated short fibers were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the amount of peroxyacetic acid and the reaction temperature had a great influence on the weight loss rate,splitting degree,strength,whiteness and strength of short fibers. The amount of peroxyacetic acid and the p H had a great influence on the elongation of the short fibers. The optimized process parameters were as following: peroxyacetic acid concentration was 6 g/L,temperature was 60 ℃,time was 60 min,and p H of reaction was 6.
