中国科技创新扩散的链式耦合评价研究

摘　　要：基于创新扩散过程理论,构建了科技研发机构—高技术企业—工业企业的链式耦合评价模型。通过两阶段耦合协调度模型,分析了近10年来中国30个省份的创新扩散过程。研究结果显示：科技研发机构—高技术企业间的耦合（第Ⅰ阶段）与高技术企业—工业企业间的耦合（第Ⅱ阶段）呈交替上升趋势。总体而言,第Ⅱ阶段已经实现了对第Ⅰ阶段的超越。区域层面看：第Ⅰ阶段耦合协调度由东、中、西向西、中、东逆转;第Ⅱ阶段由西、中、东向东、中、西逆转。逆转是由政策性科技资源与市场性科技资源两种创新配置差异造成的,据此进一步提出相应的对策建议。Based on the perspective of innovation diffusion process,this paper constructs a model of chain coupling evaluation,which includes RD institutions,high-tech enterprises and industrial enterprises. And then,it analyzes the innovation diffusion of 30 Chinese provinces in the past 10 years. Results show that,the coupling degree has an upward trend between Phase I and Phase II and the Phase II has gone beyond the Phase I significantly. From the regional（ macro） level,the coordination degree in Phase I has reversed from the east,the middle and the west to the west,the middle and the east,and the coordination degree in Phase II has reversed from the west,the middle,the east to the east,the central,the west.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the chain process of innovation diffusion in the future.
