摘　　要：真人图书馆作为一种新型的图书馆知识服务方式,在隐性知识服务方面独具特色。文章在探究真人图书馆隐性知识服务的模式,分析其特点和存在的局限性基础上,提出从技术层面构建真人图书馆知识库,阐明真人图书馆知识库的运行机制和重要意义,以期为真人图书馆隐性知识转移和共享的进一步研究提供参考。As a new knowledge service mode of library, the human library has its unique characteristics in the aspect of tacit knowledge service. This paper, on the basis of exploring the model of the tacit knowledge service of the human library, analyzing its characteristics and limitations, proposes the construction of a knowledge base of the human library from the technical level, expounds the operation mechanism and significance of the knowledge base of the human library, in order to provide a reference for further research on the transfer and sharing of the tacit knowledge of the human library.
