摘　　要：文章明确了知识援助的主体、对象与机制,在分析知识援助动力机制与体系构建中的矛盾基础上,就策略、实践操作、共享趋势、人文关怀等方面论述了图书馆对弱势群体知识援助的体系构建方法。探究公共教育平台图书馆面向弱势群体的知识援助,以期为图书馆知识援助体系构建提供借鉴。This paper explored the knowledge assistance of public education platform library for vulnerable groups, to provide reference for the construction of library knowledge assistance system. It clarified the subject, object and mechanism of knowledge assistance, and expounded the construction methods of library knowledge assistance system for vulnerable groups in the aspects of strategy, practice, sharing trend and humanistic care based on the contradiction analysis about dynamic mechanism and system construction of knowledge assistance.
