摘　　要：目的探讨羧肽酶E蛋白CPE△N在人宫颈癌中的表达及相关性,评估其作为肿瘤预后标志物的可能性,为肿瘤的个体化治疗提供相应指南。方法应用荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法检测分析CPE△N在35例宫颈癌患者瘤组织中的表达水平,并对35例宫颈癌患者CPE△N高表达与肿瘤两年内复发和淋巴结转移进行相关性比较。结果 CPE△N在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达,35例患者肿瘤组织中CPE△N mRNA/18sRNA平均比值为2.01±0.65显著高于远瘤区的正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时其表达情况与肿瘤复发及淋巴结转移呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 CPE△N的高表达是宫颈癌患者一个独立的预后因素,极有可能作为宫颈癌患者预后评价的潜在生物标志物。Objective To explore the expression and correlation of carboxypeptidase E protein（ CPE△N） in human cervical cancer,evaluate the possibility of CPE△N as a tumor marker of prognosis,provide corresponding guidance for individualized treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect and analyze the expression levels of CPE△N in 35 patients with cervical cancer. The correlations between high expression of CPE△N and recurrence,lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer within two years were analyzed. Results The expression level of CPE△N in cervical cancer was high. The average ratio of CPE△N mRNA to 18 sRNA in cervical cancer tissue was 2. 01±0. 65,which was statistically significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue（ P〈0. 05）. The expression level of CPE△N in cervical cancer was positively correlated with tumor recurrence and lymph node metastasis（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High expression of CPE △N is an independent prognotic factor of cervical cancer,which might be a potential biomarker for prognosis evaluation of cervical cancer patients.
