摘 要:文章以哈尔滨市某小区为研究对象,采用了山体阴影和太阳阴影体两种方法,通过ArcGIS软件平台分别构建了建筑物日照分析模型,并在有效日照时间段进行了城市建筑物的时态模拟。按照我国住宅建筑日照标准,考虑了建筑物和窗口,研究建筑物日照和阴影遮挡的情况,提出了适用于从整体到局部的城市建筑物精细化日照分析方案。实验结果表明:两种方法都能满足不符合日照标准建筑物的判定要求,但两者模拟结果有所差别,前者约占建筑物总数27.5%,而后者约占建筑物总数14.2%,且窗口约占建筑物窗口总数34.8%。本研究结果可为城市规划与设计提供依据,通过构建自动化城市建筑物日照分析模型,拓展了GIS在建筑物日照分析中的应用。In this paper,a residential area in Harbin is taken as the research object.Two methods of hillshade and sunshadowvolume are adopted,of which the building sunshine analysis model is constructed through the ArcGIS software platform,and the temporal simulation of urban buildings is carried out in the effective sunshine time.According to the sunshine standard of China's residential buildings,buildings and windows are considered,the conditions of daylight and shadow occlusion are studied,and a detailed daylight analysis scheme for urban buildings from the whole to the local is proposed.The experimental result shows that the two methods can meet the requirements of the standard buildings,but the simulation results are different.The former accounts for about 27.5% of the total buildings,of which latter accounts for about 14.2% of the total buildings,and the its windows accounts for about 34.8% of the total number of building windows.The results of this study can provide a basis for urban planning and design.Through the construction of an automated urban building sunshine analysis model,the application of GIS in the analysis of the building sunshine is expanded.
