摘　　要：军民融合产业联盟是促进创新要素高度聚集、贯通"军政产学研金介用"各方、衔接产业链上下游的重要形式,是当前加快推动四川军民融合产业集群升级发展的重要抓手。文章立足四川军民融合产业联盟发展成效及存在的问题,提出深化军民融合产业联盟内涵认识、强化军民融合产业联盟统筹规划、创新军民融合产业联盟供给制度等措施,以期促进军民融合产业联盟高质量发展。The civil-military integration industry alliance promotes the high aggregation of innovation elements,links up the Military-Political-Industry-University-Research cooperation,and connects the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. It is the key to accelerat the development of Sichuan civil-military integration industry clusters. This article is based on the achievements and problems of Sichuan civil-military integration industry alliance. It puts forward to deepen the understanding of the connotation of civilmilitary integration industrial alliance,strengthen the overall planning of civil-military integration industrial alliance,and innovate the supply system of civil-military integration industrial alliance so as to promote the high-quality development of civil-military integration industrial alliance.
