摘 要:中枢神经系统损伤后的神经再生修复长久以来是医学界的难题之一。近年来发现,中枢神经系统受到损伤后机体会启动Wnt信号通路,进而促进中枢神经系统的再生修复。中医药在神经保护方面能够发挥独特的作用,论文就Wnt信号通路对中枢神经系统再生修复的作用及中医药干预作用研究进展作一综述,为中枢神经系统的再生修复的研究提供理论依据。Nerve regeneration after central nervous system injury has been a difficult problem in medical field for a long time.In recent years,it has been discovered that the machine can initiate the Wnt signaling pathway after the central nervous system is damaged and promoting the regeneration and repair of the central nervous system.Chinese medicine can play a unique role in neuro protection.In this review,we reviewed the role of Wnt signaling pathway in the regeneration and repair of central nervous system and the progress of Chinese medicine intervention,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of regeneration and repair of the central nervous system.
