摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的进程,缺血性卒中已成为严重危害我国国民生命健康和生活质量的重大公共卫生问题。活血化瘀法作为缺血性卒中的基本治疗方法,在临床上受到了广泛的运用与发展,成为缺血性卒中各个不同阶段治疗的主线。作者对近年来活血化瘀法治疗缺血性卒中的临床进展进行综述,以便医务工作者举一反三,灵活掌握和运用。With the aging process of the population,ischemic stroke has become a major public health problem that seriously jeopardizes the health and quality of life of our nationals.As a basic treatment for ischemic stroke,the method of Huoxue Huayu has been widely used and developed clinically,and has become the main line of treatment in different stages of ischemic stroke.The author reviewed the clinical progress of the treatment of ischemic stroke in recent years by the method of Huoxue Huayu,so that medical workers can grasp and apply it flexibly.
