摘　　要：细辛用量能否过钱,历来有争议,这也影响了细辛临床效用的正常发挥。基于古代文献,对细辛用量之争进行梳理,结合现代药理研究成果分析比较古人观点之对错偏颇,以期对临床形成指导作用。研究后发现,临床上细辛处方要点主要在于剂型、剂量、煎煮时间的把控上。细辛以散剂入药当遵循"辛不过钱"论,以汤剂入药则可在辨证的前提下"过钱"使用,与此同时,必须久煎,方可起到减毒增效的作用。It is always controversial whether the amount of Asarum can be used over 3 grams,which has affected the normal function of Asarum’s clinical effectiveness.Based on ancient literature,the debate on Asarum was combed,combined with modern pharmacological research results to analyze and compare the right and wrong views of the ancients,in order to guide the clinical work.After the study,it was found that the main points for clinical Asarum prescriptions lies in the control of the dosage form,dosage,and boiling time.When Asarum is administered as a powder,it should follow the principle of ＂not over 3 grams＂.Using decoction as a medicine can be used under the premise of ＂be over 3 grams＂.At the same time,it must be long-term fried so that it can play a role in reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.
