摘　　要：目的:探讨西黄丸联合CHOP方案治疗B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的66例B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者,随机分为西黄丸联合CHOP治疗组(实验组)和CHOP治疗组(对照组),每组各33例,对照组采取环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新碱、强的松联合的CHOP化疗方案,实验组在对照组基础上联合口服西黄丸治疗,治疗4个疗程观察并分析2组的治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗的总有效率、4年总生存期和中医证候改善情况均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西黄丸联合CHOP方案治疗B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者生存质量。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Xihuang pill combined with CHOP on the treatment of B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.Methods：66 cases of type B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma patients were randomly divided into Xihuang pill combined with CHOP treatment group（experimental group）and CHOP treatment group（control group）,and we would observe and analyze the treatment effect of these two groups.Results：The total effective rate,the overall survival rate and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma with Xihuang pill combined with CHOP can improve the clinical efficacy and improve t he survival quality of patients.
