复方天麻降压颗粒治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者早期肾损害的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方天麻降压颗粒对阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压并早期肾损害患者血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C,Cys-C)、尿微量白蛋白(microalbuminuria,ALB)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)的影响,为高血压早期肾损害治疗提供临床参考。方法:选取符合标准的原发性高血压并早期肾损害患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组各30例。对照组予以氨氯地平+缬沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上并加服复方天麻降压颗粒。治疗8周后,记录2组患者的收缩压(systolicbloodpressure,SBP)、舒张压(diastolicbloodpressure,DBP)、血清Cys-C、尿ALB、尿β2-MG水平。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗后的SBP、DBP、血清Cys-C、尿ALB和尿β2-MG水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的SBP、DBP、血清Cys-C、尿ALB、尿β2-MG水平均低于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05)。结论:复方天麻降压颗粒治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压合并早期肾损害疗效确切,能明显降低血清Cys-C、尿微量白蛋白尿和尿β2-微球蛋白水平、协助降压,有效延缓肾功能损害的进展。Objective：To investigate the compound gastrodia elata granule impact on Yin deficiency essential hypertension patients with early renal damage in serum CystatinC,microalbuminuria,β2-microglobulin,provide clinical reference for treatment with early renal damage.Methods：60 patients with Yin deficiency essential hypertension and early renal damage were selected,and 30 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with amlodipine＋valsartan,the treatment group was treated with amlodipine＋valsartan,and the compound gastrodia elata granule was added.After 8 weeks of treatment,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,serum Cys-C,microalbuminuria and β2-microglobulin were recorded in the two groups.Results：The levels of SBP,DBP,serum Cys-C,microalbuminuria and β2-microglobulin were significantly lower in the treatment group and control group than before treatment（P〈0.05）.The levels of SBP,DBP,serum Cys-C,microalbuminuria and β2-microglobulin of the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of compound gastrodia elata granule on the treatment of Yin deficiency essential hypertension with early renal damage,can significantly reduce serum Cys-C,microalbuminuria and the level of beta 2-microglobulin,assist step-down,effectively delay the progress of renal damage.
