六味地黄丸加减治疗月经不调临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察月经不调患者接受六味地黄丸加减治疗临床效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的100例月经不调患者作为研究对象,根据患者接受治疗药物的不同,将所有患者分为2组,对照组患者50例,其接受妇科调经片治疗,研究组患者50例,其接受六味地黄丸加减治疗,两组患者均接受3周的治疗时间,对两组患者治疗后的治疗效果、月经量恢复正常时间和月经周期恢复正常时间作对比。结果:研究组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组患者的月经量恢复时间为(10.04±1.12)d、月经正常周期恢复时间为(26.23±1.98)d,明显低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:月经不调患者接受六味地黄丸加减治疗,能够帮助患者快速改善病情,治疗效果良好,值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pills in patients with irregular menstruation.Methods：100 patients with irregular menstruation who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.All patients were divided into 2 groups according to the patient’s treatment.50 patients in the control group were treated with gynecological menstruation tablets.50 patients in the study group received the treatment of Liuwei Dihuang pill.Both groups received 3 weeks of treatment.The treatment effect after treatment,the normal time of menstrual return and the normal time of menstrual cycle were compared.Results：The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The recovery time of menstrual flow in the study group was（10.04±1.12） d,and the recovery time of normal menstrual cycle was（26.23±1.98） d,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with irregular menstruation receive modified Liuwei Dihuang pills treatment,which can help patients to improve their condition quickly,and the treatment effect is good.It is worthy of popularization and application.
