摘  要:目的了解高校青年教职工幸福感现状,探讨影响因素,为提高青年教职工生命质量提供科学依据。方法通过对杭州师范大学青年教职工匿名式调查,并做数理统计分析。结果 302名调查对象中,有38.7%认为自己在整个生活中的体验是幸福的;非条件Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度、健康状况、教师岗位、工作岗位和个人平均月收入与幸福指数有关;教师岗位的自我表述幸福比例(32.8%)低于非教师岗位职工的比例(62.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.386,P<0.001);主观幸福感、心理幸福感、实现幸福感和职业幸福感各模块得分分别为3.17±0.56、3.49±0.63、3.57±0.62和3.02±0.40分。结论被调查高校的青年教职工幸福指数中等偏低,教师岗位的职工幸福值相对较低。Objective To understand the status quo of the young staff members' well-being and the affecting factors so as to have the young staff members better informed in engaging themselves for better quality of life.Methods A anonymous survey was conducted on the young teachers and other young staff members.Then mathematical analysis was made based on the acquired data.Results Of the 302 people surveyed,38.7% responded that they were living a happy life.Unconditioned logistic regression analysis showed that educational level,health state,teaching job positions,occupational position,average monthly income were related to total degree of well-being.The percentage of young teachers(32.8%)who responded to lead a happy life was smaller than that(62.3%) of those on non-teaching job positions.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.386,P〈0.001).The scores achieved in subjective well-being,psychological wellbeing,achieve well-being,professional well-being were 3.17±0.56,3.49±0.63,3.57±0.62 and 3.02±0.40 respectively.Conclusions The index of well-being of the young teachers surveyed remains modest and low and the value of good quality of life also remains relatively low.
