四种抗生素方案治疗下呼吸道感染药学评价

摘　　要：目的分析四种抗生素方案治疗下呼吸道感染的药学评价。方法选取我校附属医院2014年8月~2016年8月期间所收治的168例下呼吸道感染患者作为研究病例,按照治疗方案的不同将其分为四组,各42例,A组应用头孢曲松钠,B组应用头孢唑肟钠,C组应用左氧氟沙星,D组应用阿奇霉素,比较四组患者的治疗情况与治疗费用。结果 A组总有效率85.71%,B组总有效率83.33%,C组总有效率90.48%,D组总有效率88.09%,四种治疗方案治疗效果无明显差异(χ2=0.9036,P>0.05);A组费用(934.53±165.41)元,B组费用(1044.34±256.48)元,C组费用(657.42±231.66)元,D组费用(1254.73±376.45)元,A组与C组费用与疗效的比值显著低于B组与D组,A组与B组和D组对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.5812、7.4389),C组与B组和D组对比差异有统计学意义(t=9.4416、9.9975)。结论临床治疗下呼吸道感染时应用四种抗生素治疗的效果显著,但是头孢曲松钠和左氧氟沙星使用的费用较低,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the pharmaceutical evaluation of four antibiotic regimens on the treatment of lower respiratory infection.Methods 168 patients with lower respiratory infection in the affiliated hospital of our college from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and divided into four groups according to different treatment regimens with42 patients in each.Patients in group A were treated with ceftriaxone sodium,patients in group B with ceftizoxime sodium,patients in group C with levofloxacin and patients in group D were treated with azithromycin.The effectiveness and expenses of treatment in four groups were compared.Results The overall rates of effectiveness in group A,B,C and D were 85.71%,83.33%,90.48% and 88.09% respectively（χ2=0.9036,P〉0.05）.There were no significant differences of effectiveness in four treatment regimens.The expenses of treatment in group A,B,C and D were（934.53 ±165.41）CNY,（1044.34±256.48）CNY,（657.42±231.66）CNY and（1254.73 ±376.45）CNY respectively.The ratio of expenses and effectiveness in group A and C was significantly lower than that in group B and D.There were statistical differences between group A and B/D（t =5.5812,7.4389）.There were statistical differences between group C and B/D（t =9.4416,9.9975）.Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of four antibiotic regimens on lower respiratory infection was significant.The expenses of treatment with ceftriaxone sodium and levofloxacin were less and they were worth clinical application.
