摘　　要：重症多形红斑型药疹是一种急性炎症性皮肤病,发病急骤,全身症状严重,皮损为水肿性鲜红色或暗红色虹膜样红斑或瘀斑,迅速扩大,相互融合,泛发全身,其上出现水疱、大疱或血疱,累及多部位黏膜,口鼻黏膜可发生糜烂,若继发感染会引起败血症,死亡率5%~15%。因合并艾滋病,患者免疫力低下,导致病情变化迅速,大大增加了死亡率。因此护理上需注意严密监测病情变化,加强消毒与隔离、加强黏膜护理,预防药物不良反应等。同时注重艾滋病患者心理护理,包括消除歧视、心理支持等。艾滋病患者出院后需长期药物维持治疗,要注意指导其用药,保持合理健康的生活方式,注意避免应用易过敏药物。Severe erythema multiforme drug eruption is an acute inflammatory skin disease with rapid onset,severe systemic symptoms.The skin lesions are edematous bright red or dark red iris-like erythema or ecchymosis,which can enlarge rapidly,fuse mutually and generalized.On the erythema multiforme drug eruption,there are water blisters,bullae or blood stasis,involving multiple mucosa,oral and nasal mucosa can occur erosion.And if combined with secondary infection,the patient may occur sepsis,with the mortality rate of 5% to 15%.Due to the merger of AIDS,the patient＇s immunity was low,resulting in rapid changes in the condition and greatly increased mortality.Therefore,in clinical the changes of conditions should be closely monitored,the disinfection and isolation and mucosal care should be strengthened,and the drug adverse reactions should be prevented.At the same time the psychological care of AIDS patients,including the elimination of discrimination,psychological support.,should be paid attention to.AIDS patients need long-term drug maintenance treatment after discharge from the hospital.Attention should be paid to guiding their drug use,maintaining a reasonable and healthy lifestyle,and avoiding the use of allergenic drugs.
