摘  要:为评估Tesla型脉冲功率源在振动环境中的可靠性,基于有限元仿真软件,采用随机振动分析方法研究了该脉冲功率源的随机振动特性。计算中考虑了预应力对结构模态的影响,并对静力结果与随机振动结果矢量叠加得到的总应力进行了分析。根据仿真结果,分析了磁芯和各绝缘支撑结构等薄弱部件的振动强度,发现尾端绝缘子的最大动应力值大于其疲劳极限;同时对尾端绝缘子的疲劳寿命进行了计算。总结了Tesla型脉冲功率源中形成线外筒、中筒、内筒和主开关外筒的强度设计原则,可为同类型脉冲功率源的强度设计提供参考。To evaluate the reliability of Tesla-type pulse generator under the vibration condition, the random vibration characteristics of the pulse generator are studied by the random vibration analysis method based on the finite element simulation software. The effect of pre-stress on structural mode is considered in the calculation, and the total stress obtained by superposition of static stress and random vibration is analyzed. The vibration strengthes of the weak components which include magnetic core and insulators are evaluated. The key points of strength design of the outer conductor, the middle conductor, the inner conductor, and the main switch chamber in Tesla-type pulse generator are summarized, which provides a reference of the strength design for the same type of pulse generators.
