温阳化瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳化瘀汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:随机选择慢性盆腔炎患者108例,按照就诊时间的先后分为采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液和奥硝唑氯化钠治疗的对照组和采用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液和奥硝唑氯化钠联合温阳化瘀汤治疗的观察组各54例。观察两组患者28d后的临床疗效与中医症候积分变化。随访患者30d,观察患者复发情况。结果:两组患者治疗后的临床症状积分和治疗有效率比较,对照组均低于观察组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);6个月随访后发现,观察组复发率低于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的血浆黏度、全血黏度和纤维蛋白原值观察组下降幅度高于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用温阳化瘀汤进行治疗慢性盆腔炎患者,能够缓解患者症状,提高疗效,降低复发率。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Huayu decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 108 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly selected for clinical study. In according with the treatment time were divided into an observation group using Levofloxacine Hydrochloride injection and ornidazole sodium chloride treatment and use Levofloxacine Hydrochloride injection and ornidazole sodium chloride combined with Wenyang Huayu decoction treatment group with 54 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of two groups of patients after 28 d were observed. The patients were followed up for 30 d and the recurrence of the patients was observed. Results： The clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients after treatment and the product of the effective rate of the treatment,control group were lower than those in the observation group,the two groups had significant difference （ P 〈0.05）; 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）; the two groups of patients after treatment,plasma viscosity the whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen,the observation group decreased than that of control group,with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Wenyang Huayu decoction has a good clinical effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with blood stasis syndrome,improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
