牡丹消结汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察牡丹消结汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿腺样体肥大,证属风邪犯肺、痰瘀互结型的临床疗效。方法:将50例证属风邪犯肺、痰瘀互结型腺样体肥大患儿随机分成对照组和观察组各25例,对照组给予口服孟鲁司特钠,观察组加用牡丹消结汤进行治疗,连续治疗1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计有效率。结果:治疗3个月后对照组与观察组的总有效率分别为76.00%、92.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组在主要症状(鼻塞,打鼾,张口呼吸)改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:牡丹消结汤联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童腺样体肥大证属风邪犯肺、痰瘀互结型能有效提高临床治疗效果。Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Mudan Xiaojie decoction combined with Montelukast sodium in treating children with adenoid hypertrophy,wind evil invades lung,phlegm and blood stasis type. Methods： 50 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given montelukast sodium. The observation group was treated with Mudan Xiaojie decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment group was treated for 1 months for 1 months,and the statistics were effective after the 3 course of treatment. Results： after 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 76% and 92%,respectively,and the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）,and the improvement of the main symptoms （nasal congestion,snoring,mouth breathing） in the observation group was superior to the control group （ P 〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Mudan Xiaojie decoction combined with montelukast Sodium for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children is an effective treatment for the patients with wind evil invades lung,phlegm and blood stasis type.
