活血化瘀方联合来氟米特及甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀方联合来氟米特和甲氨蝶呤常规西药方案治疗类风湿关节炎疗效及对患者凝血功能指标的影响。方法:选取类风湿关节炎患者89例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,治疗组患者给予活血化瘀方联合西药治疗,治疗结束后对两组疗效进行评价,并对比治疗前后症状积分、凝血功能、炎症因子等指标。结果:治疗组的临床总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组的症状积分、FIB、DD等指标均较其治疗前降低(P<0.05),均低于对照组的同一指标(P<0.05),对照组如上指标在治疗前后比较差异均不明显(P>0.05)。结论:活血化瘀方联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎可有效降低患者FIB、DD指标的水平,改善患者的凝血功能。Objective：To investigate the effect of Chinese medicinal formulae of Houxue Huayu decoction Stasis combined with leflunomide and methotrexate on coagulation function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： 89 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were enrollmented as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group were treated with Houxue Huayu decoction combined with western medicine treatment.Before and after treatment in the two groups,the efficacy and the changes of symptoms score,blood coagulation index,the level of inflammatory factors were evaluated and compared. Results：The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）;After treatment in the treatment groups patients,the symptom score,FIB and DD were significantly lower than their treatment before （ P 〈0.05）,the difference compared with the control group was significant（ P 〈0.05）,APTT,PT and blood coagulation in the control group patientshad no significant changes with their treatment before （ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion： Activating Chinese medicinal formulae of blood circulation and dissipate blood stasis therapy combined with western medicine can effectively reduce the level of FIB and DD in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and improve the blood coagulation function.
