摘　　要：穴位贴敷疗法是一种常用的中医外治疗法,是以中医经络学说为基础,有着极为悠久的历史,目前在临床上应用广泛。近年来研究发现穴位贴敷在防治高血压疾病方面疗效显著,伴随着我国人口老龄化的趋势,我国高血压患者逐年递增,寻求有效、安全、绿色的防治高血压的方法迫在眉睫,本文就近年来穴位贴敷疗法在防治高血压的穴位选择、药物组成、注意事项以及和其他治疗方式相结合等方面,进行总结探讨,以兹为临床中运用穴位贴敷方法防治高血压提供借鉴。Acupoint-application is a commonly used external treatment therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Basing on the theory of channels and collaterals,this therapy has quite a long history in China. Recent studies have shown that acupoint-application plays a significant role in the treatment of hypertension with satisfying efficacy. Nowadays,the aged tendency of population is becoming remarkable,the amount of people with hypertension is increasing. Therefore,seeking an effective,safe and green treatment method is urgently needed. We will make a summary and exploration on this therapy for the treatment of hypertension in the following aspects,acupoint-selections,herbs-constitutions,cautions and acupoint-application combined with other therapies according to recent researches. We hope this passage can provide a good reference for the clinicians who want to apply this therapy for their patients in the precaution and treatment of hypertension.
