摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1（HMGB1）是一种能够诱导细胞因子分泌、活化炎性细胞从而参与炎性反应的DNA结合蛋白,近来对其在子宫内膜异位症炎性反应中作用的研究逐渐增多.子宫内膜异位症作为一种发病率逐年攀升的良性炎性疾病,多发于育龄期女性,该病主要引起痛经和慢性盆腔痛等临床表现.其通常在炎性免疫、病灶组织侵袭和黏附等因素的协同作用之下,使患者盆腔微环境发生改变而致病.子宫内膜异位症的发生机制虽然尚不完全清楚,但炎性反应和刺激发挥着不可忽视的作用,HMGB1可增加炎性因子的释放致使机体产生疼痛,且患者体内HMGB1的表达明显增多,通过降低患者体内HMGB1水平等相关治疗可减轻炎性反应和疼痛等症状,提示HMGB1可能成为治疗子宫内膜异位症的一个重要靶点.High mobility group protein B1 （HMGB1） is a DNA binding protein that can induce cytokines to be secreted and activate inflammatory cells to participate in inflammatory reactions. Recent studies on its role in the inflammatory response to endometriosis have gradually increased. Endometriosis is a benign inflammatory disease with increasing incidence year by year, mostly in women of childbearing age. This disease mainly causes the clinical manifestations of dysmenorrhea and chronic pelvic pain. Endometriosis usually plays a synergistic role in inflammatory immune, lesion tissue invasion, adhesion and other factors, resulting the changes in the pelvic microenvironment. The mechanism of endometriosis is not completely clear, but the role of inflammatory reaction and stimulation can not be ignored. HMGB1 can increase the release of inflammatory factors and cause the body to produce pain, and the expression of HMGB1 in the endometriosis patients is significantly increased. The inflammatory response and pain can be alleviated by reducing the concentration of HMGB1 in the body of endometriosis patients. Pain and other symptoms suggest that HMGB1 may become an important target for the treatment of endometriosis.
