摘  要:目的:优选苦豆子中氧化苦参碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过单因素试验和Plackett-Burman试验设计确定各因素的最佳水平并筛选出关键因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优选氧化苦参碱的最佳提取工艺。结果:氧化苦参碱的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶25,提取时间60 min,浸提温度60℃,乙醇浓度60%,提取3次,氧化苦参碱的提取率可达80.83%。结论:利用该方法优化出的苦豆子氧化苦参碱的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为氧化苦参碱的开发利用提供参考。Objective: To optimize the extraction process of oxymatrine from Sophora alopecuroids L.. Methods: The single factor extraction tests and Plackett-Burman experiment were employed to seleet the optimum levels and key factors, and then, the extraction process of oxymatrine was optimized by Box-Behnken experiment. Results: The optimized parameters were as follows : the ratio of mate- rial to liquid was 1 : 25, the extraction time was 60 min, the extraetion temperature was 60~C, the ethanol coneentration was 60%, and the extraction frequency was three times. Under the above conditions, the extraction efficiency reached 80. 83%. Conclusion: The optimized parameters from the experiments are stable and accurate, which can be used for the development and utilization of oxymatrine.
