摘　　要：目的:探讨腔镜手术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析2012年4月至2017年12月收治的115例腹股沟嵌顿疝患者的临床资料,将患者分为腔镜组与开放组。对比分析两组补片植入率、肠切除率、切口感染率、补片感染率、复发率、漏诊/误诊率等指标。结果:腔镜组补片植入率高于开放组,术后复发率低于开放组,两组切口感染率、补片感染率、肠切除率及漏诊/误诊率差异无统计学意义。结论:在严格把握手术适应证的前提下建议优先考虑腹腔镜技术,根据术中探查结果,综合患者全身状况情况,选择合理的腔镜术式,可为腹股沟嵌顿疝患者提供安全、有效的治疗方式,具有一期无张力修补率高、术后复发率低的优势。Objective ：To investigate the clinical application value of laparoseopie surgery in the treatment of incarcerated in- guinal hernia.Methods ：The clinical data of 115 patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia from Apr.2012 to Dee.2017 were retrospec- tively analyzed, the patients were divided into two groups：laparoseopie group and open group.The patch implantation rate, intestinal re- section rate, incision infection rate, patch infection rate, reeun＇enee rate, missed diagnosis/misdiagnosis rate, and other indicators be- tween two groups were compared.Results ：The patch implantation rate in the laparoseopie group was higher than that in the open group, while the reeurrenee rate was lower than that in the open group.Ineisional inflection rate, patch inflection rate, intestinal resection rate and missed diagnosis/misdiagnosis rate in the laparoseopie group were not significantly different from those in the open group. Conclusions ： Under the premise of strict control of surgical indications, according to the results of intraoperative exploration, combined with the patients＇ whole condition, laparoseopie surgery is preterr＇ed and can provide a sate and effective treatment for the patients with incarcera- ted inguinal hernia,it has the advantages of high tension-free repair rate and low postoperative reeurrenee rate.
