针刺联合中药贴敷治疗肺癌胸水30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合中药贴敷治疗肺癌胸水的临床疗效。方法:将90例肺癌伴胸水患者随机分成3组,每组30例。A组采用针刺联合中药贴敷治疗,B组单用中药贴敷治疗,C组采用常规胸腔用药治疗,即胸水抽吸完成后灌注白介素-2。观察3组胸水疗效,呼吸困难、咳嗽及胸痛积分变化情况。结果:总有效率A组为53.3%,B组为40.0%,C组为20.0%,3组组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组呼吸困难、咳嗽、胸痛积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合中药贴敷治疗肺癌胸水疗效较佳。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） sticking therapy in the treatment of pleural effusion due to lung cancer. Methods： A total of 90 patients with pleural effusion due to lung cancer were randomly divided into groups A,B,and C,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in group A were given acupuncture combined with TCM sticking therapy,those in group B were given TCM sticking therapy alone,and those in group C were given conventional treatment with perfusion of interleukin-2 after pleural effusion aspiration. The three groups were compared in terms of the outcome of pleural effusion and the changes in the scores of dyspnea,cough,and chest pain. Results： There was a significant difference in overall response rate between groups A,B,and C（ 53. 3%vs 40. 0% vs 20. 0%,P〈0. 05）. All groups had significant changes in the scores of dyspnea,cough,and chest pain after treatment,and there were significant differences in these scores between the three groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with TCM sticking therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of pleural effusion due to lung cancer.
