摘 要:本文结合一个液压机移动工作台减速机驱动功率计算实例,给出了移动工作台滚轮尺寸计算方法和移动工作台驱动功率的计算及选择方法。移动工作台的行走功率、启动功率、越过障碍物的功率各不相同,越过障碍物所需的功率最大,减速机驱动功率的选择应以所需的最大功率为依据。设计实践和用户现场的使用情况表明,本文论述的液压机移动工作台功率计算方法是适宜的。Taking the calculation of driving power for the moving bolster of the hydraulic press as an example, the calculation method of the moving table wheel size as well as the calculation and selection method of the moving power of the moving table have been given. The walking power, starting power, and power across the obstacle of the mobile workbench are different. The power required to cross the obstacle is the largest, and the selection of the drive power of the reducer should be based on the maximum power required. The design practice and operation situation on the user’s site indicate that the calculation method of the power for the moving bolster of the hydraulic press is suitable.
