摘 要:弹簧的外径尺寸是其质检的重要指标,传统的弹簧零件检测效率不高、精度低,为此建立了一种基于影像检测技术的弹簧外径检测系统。介绍了影像检测原理及系统方案,包括影像采集系统的设计与选型、影像处理系统的设计方案等。对弹簧影像进行降噪滤波、边缘定位检测,提出了一种适用于弹簧外径的改进的圆形图元亚像素细分边缘检测算法。基于影像检测平台系统,对检测方法进行了实验验证,为弹簧外径在线实际检测应用打下了基础。The outer diameter of the spring is an important indicator of its quality inspection. The traditional inspection method of spring components has low detection efficiency and precision. Therefore, an inspection system for spring outer diameter based on image inspection technology has been established. The principle and system scheme of image inspection have been introduced, including the design and selection of image acquisition system and the design scheme of image processing system. An improved circular sub-pixel subdivision edge inspection algorithm for spring outer diameter has been proposed for noise reduction filtering and edge positioning detection of spring images. Based on the image inspection platform system, the inspection method has been verified by experiments, which lays a foundation for the actual online inspection application of spring outer diameter.
