基于“北斗”的虚拟多SIM卡语音通信系统设计与实现

摘　　要：目前"北斗"语音通信设备都是以单北斗SIM卡为基础,发送提前保存好的语音文件,完成一次语音耗时长,不能保证语音通信的实时性,实际应用中实用性不大。针对应用实际,提出一种在原有北斗用户机报文通信功能基础上,基于虚拟多SIM卡技术的新型北斗用户机设计方案,实现语音实时发送,完成一次语音通信耗时短。该设计丰富了北斗系统的应用领域,使北斗用户机有了更为广泛的应用前景。At present,all the BeiDou speech communication terminals are based on single-SIM-card,which send the voice filesaved in advance. So it is time-consuming to complete a speech communication,and the speech communication cannot be performed in real-time,which limits its practicability. For practical application,this paper improves the original BeiDou packets terminal by proposing the design scheme of a novel secure speech communication terminal based on virtual multi-SIM-card technology,which sends the speech in real time and reduces the time consumed. This design expands the applications of BeiDou system,and provides the BeiDou terminals a wider application prospect.
