摘 要:针对带圆弧面斜T型氮化硼夹持杆尺寸小、斜度和圆弧面精度高的加工难题,经过工艺分析,充分考虑材料、工艺、工装、刀具的特点,设计了合理的工艺路径。在高速铣削去除大部分余量的基础上,采用可调夹具实现了高精度斜面的研磨,再借助研磨斜面夹具和专用拉刀,解决了窄而浅圆弧面的拉削,最终制备出精度符合设计要求的带圆弧面斜T型氮化硼夹持杆,并达到了行波管装配和散热的预期效果。In view of the high precision problems of inclination and arc surface of small size inclined Tshaped boron nitride dielectric rod,a reasonable process flow is designed based on comprehensive process analysis considering material characteristics,process technology,fixture tools and cutting tools.First,most residue of the matrix is removed by high speed milling,then high precision inclined plane is obtained by grinding with adjustable fixture,and finally the narrow and shallow arc surface is realized by using grinding slant jig and broaching tool.The fabricated inclined T-shaped boron nitride dielectric rod with arc surface can meetthe requirements of assembly and heat dissipation of traveling wave tubes(TWTs).
