摘　　要：社会经济与新技术的发展对理工科研究生的培养提出了新的挑战,而提倡创新创业教育导向的中国高等教育政策的调整也对高等工程教育提出了新的要求。为了适应这双重的挑战和要求,众多理工科院校均对传统的研究生培养模式进行了转型与变革。本文通过对创新创业教育产生背景的回顾,阐述了在创新创业教育中理工科院校承载的历史使命。在此基础上以沈阳建筑大学机械工程专业研究生培养模式转型为例,从教育理念、培养环节和运行效果三个方面进行梳理与阐释,以期为其他理工科院校研究生的教育与培养提供借鉴和参考路径。The development of social economy and new technology brings new challenges to engineering postgraduate education,and the adjustment of China＇s higher education policy advocated by innovation and entrepreneurship education has also put forward new requirements for higher engineering education.In order to adapt to this double challenges and demands,many engineering colleges have made transformation and change to their traditional postgraduate training mode.Through the review of the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper expounds the historical mission of the engineering colleges and universities in the innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the studies of training model transformation of mechanical engineering of Shenyang Construction University graduate as an example,three aspects and operation effects of the graduate training pattern exploration were sorted out and explained,providing the reference for the other local engineering colleges and Universities.
