江苏本土价值链的构建及其演变规律——基于投入-产出表的拓展分析

摘　　要：通过构建嵌入跨国投入-产出表的区域投入-产出表,并将其拓展至能够体现省际层面分工联系角度,借助增加值平均传递步长指标和贸易增加值的解构分析,考察了江苏嵌入全球价值链的本土价值链分工状况及其演变规律。借助增加值平均传递步长所体现生产联系复杂度分析,研究证实江苏本土价值链在其全球价值链分工联系中的主体构成地位,并且这一地位在金融危机后呈持续增强态势。增加值解构所体现价值创造来源分析亦表明,价值创造更多依赖本土价值链分工;当然其存在明显的行业异质性,制造业增值贡献仍是主体,嵌入制造服务环节增加贡献则不断提升。By constructing a regional input-output table embedded in a multinational input-output table and by expanding it to the provincial level, this study uses average propagation length and added value deconstruction to examine the division and evolution of local value chain in Jiangsu province which is embedded in GVC. Based on average propagation length, it confirms the importance of the local value chain in GVC, which keeps increasing after the financial crisis. It also confirms that value creation relies mainly on the division of the local value chain and there exists obvious sector heterogeneity, with manufacture providing the main value-added and service embedded in manufacture increasing its contribution.
