摘　　要：介绍了医院应急指挥系统的组织架构以及应急指挥决策系统的相关情况,探讨了医院在应急指挥决策体系建设方面的实践经验,提出了应结合医院实际将突发公共事件分类分级,搭建职责分工明晰的应急指挥组织架构,规范应急指挥决策分级响应流程等应对措施。This paper introduced the organizational structure of hospital emergency command and the related situation of emergency command decision system. It focused on the practical experience of hospital in the construction of emergency command decision system, and proposed countermeasures, including the public unexpected events should be classified and graded according to the actual situation of the hospital, the division of labor should be clearly defined by the emergency command organization structure, and the hierarchical response process of emergency command decision should be standardized.
