摘　　要：血液检测实验室是对血液标本进行检验并提供质量保证的部门,其检测结果直接关系到血液安全。针对检验前、中、后的工作流程以及实验室的质量管理活动进行风险评估,识别存在风险的环节,对其涉及的质量和技术风险及严重程度进行评估,并明确了所要采取的预防措施,提升了血液检测实验室的质量管理能力,更好地保障了用血安全。The blood testing laboratory is a department that inspects blood samples and provides quality assurance, and the test results are directly related to blood transfusion safety. The risk assessment was conducted on pre, middle, and post-test workflows and laboratory quality management activities, to identify risky aspects, assess the quality and technical risks and severity involved, and identify the precautions to be taken. It improved the quality management ability of the blood testing laboratory and better protected the blood transfusion safety.
