摘 要:目的研究分析儿科血培养中病原菌的构成及药敏结果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2016年12月628例儿科患者血培养中阳性标本的病原菌构成及药敏结果。结果 628例血培养中52份培养阳性,阳性率8.3%。其中革兰氏阳性菌29株(占55.8%),以表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及溶血葡萄球菌为主;革兰氏阴性杆菌22株(占42.3%),以大肠埃希菌为主;白色念珠菌1例(占1.9%)。结论儿科血培养标本以革兰氏阳性菌为主,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌既是常见致病菌也是标本检测假阳性的污染菌,判断检出菌是否具有临床意义成为检验工作的难点。临床医生需重视儿科血培养的送检,提高标本采集质量,才能获得准确的药敏结果,指导临床用药。Objective: To analyze the pathogenic bacteria distribution of pediatric blood stream infections and bacterial resistance. Methods: 628 pediatric blood culture cases from January 2012 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: 52 specimens were positive in 628 cases,the total positive rate was 8. 3%. Gram-positive bacteria accounted for55. 8%( 29/52); gram-negative bacteria accounted for 42. 3%( 22/52). Staphylococcus Epidermidis and Escherichia coli were given priority respectively. Conclusion: Gram-positive bacteria given priority to pathogens causing Pediatric sepsis.Coagulase negative staphylococcus is both a common pathogen and a false positive contaminating bacterium. It is difficult to determine whether the detected bacteria have clinical significance. Clinicians should pay attention to the examination of pediatric blood culture. By improving the quality of specimen collection,we can obtain accurate drug sensitive results,and guide the clinical use of drugs.
