不同麻醉方法对小儿下腹部手术麻醉效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比观察使用不同麻醉方法对小儿下腹部手术的临床麻醉效果。方法我院收治拟行下腹部手术的患儿80例随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组术前实施氯胺酮静脉麻醉复合骶管阻滞麻醉,对照组术前实施单纯氯胺酮静脉全麻,对比观察两组患儿的临床麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉使用氯胺酮剂量、不良反应及苏醒时间明显少于对照组,HR、MAP波动小于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组患儿手术时间及Sp O2波动均没有明显差异,不具有统计学意义。结论对下腹部手术患儿实施氯胺酮静脉麻醉复合骶管阻滞麻醉,具有更为理想的麻醉效果,不良反应较少,安全可靠,且术后苏醒较快,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective： To compare and observe the clinical effects of different anesthesia methods on children with clinical anesthesia of lower abdominal operation. Methods： 80 cases admitted to lower abdominal operation in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group patients were treated with ketamine intravenous anesthesia combined with sacral block anesthesia before operation,and the control group were only treated with preoperative ketamine intravenous anesthesia before operation,anesthesia clinical comparison of the two groups were compared and observed. Results： Anesthesia using ketamine dose,adverse reaction and recovery time of the children of observation group was less than that of the control group,HR,MAP wave of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant; there was no obvious differences between the two groups in operation time and Sp O2 wave,it had no statistically significant. Conclusion： Using ketamine intravenous anesthesia combined with sacral anesthesia for lower abdominal operation patients has more ideal anesthesia effect,it has less adverse reaction,it is safe and reliable,and the postoperative recovery is fast,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
