雷公藤合麦味地黄汤配合中药外用治疗干燥综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察采用雷公藤合麦味地黄汤化裁方内服配合清肝明目汤熏洗双眼对干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:将我院门诊及住院确诊原发及继发干燥综合征患者68例随机分为两组,治疗组35例予雷公藤合麦味地黄化裁的汤剂,配合清肝明目汤熏洗双眼治疗,对照组33例采用羟氯喹配合人工泪液对症处理。观察和比较两组患者血沉、CRP、类风湿因子、唾液流率变化情况及口干、眼干症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清血沉、CRP、类风湿因子、口干、眼干的VAS评分均低于治疗前,唾液流率均高于治疗前,且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤合麦味地黄汤化裁方内服配合清肝明目汤熏洗双眼可有效改善干燥综合征症状,临床疗效良好。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Tripterygium wilfordii and Maiwei dihuang plus minus decoction（orally taken） combined with Qinggan mingmu decoction（fumigating-washing eyes） on Sjogren syndrome. Methods： 68 cases of patients,who were diagnosed as primary and secondary Sjogren syndrome in outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.35 cases of treatment group were treated with Tripterygium wilfordii and Maiwei dihuang plus minus decoction （orally taken）combined with Qinggan mingmu decoction（for fumigating-washing eyes）, while 33 cases of control group were treated with hydroxychloroquine combined with symptomatic treatment of artificial tears. In patients of two groups,the changes of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP, rheumatoid factor and salivary flow rate and the improvement of xerostomia and dry eye syndrome were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. VAS scores of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,CRP, rheumatoid factor, xerostomia and dry eye of patients in two groups were lower than before treatment;salivary flow rate was higher than before treatment;and the mprovement of treatment group was better than that of control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tripterygium wilfordii and Maiwei dihuang plus minus decoction（orally taken） combined with Qinggan mingmu decoction（fumigating-washing eyes） can effectively improve the symptoms of Sjogren syndrome and has a good clinical effect.
