摘 要:目的:观察芪葛止眩颗粒对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)大鼠的药效学作用。方法:采用复合造模法建立大鼠CSA模型,设空白对照组、模型对照组、芪葛止眩颗粒低(0.4 g/kg)、中(0.8 g/kg)、高(1.6 g/kg)三个剂量组和颈复康颗粒(2 g/kg)阳性对照组,灌胃4周,观察该药对CSA大鼠颈椎X线影像学、椎-基底动脉血流速度、血液流变学的影响。结果:与空白组比较,模型组X线评分显著增高(P<0.01),椎-基底动脉血流速度降低(P<0.01),红细胞聚集指数增高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,芪葛止眩颗粒高剂量组降低CSA大鼠X线评分(P<0.05),芪葛止眩颗粒中、高剂量组显著增加CSA大鼠椎-基底动脉血流速度(P<0.05,P<0.01),芪葛止眩颗粒低、中、高剂量组均明显降低CSA大鼠红细胞聚集指数(P<0.01)。结论:芪葛止眩颗粒降低CSA大鼠X线评分,增加CSA大鼠椎-基底动脉血流,改善部分血液流变学指标。Objective: To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Qige zhixuan granule on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis (CSA) rats. Methods : The CSA model of rats was established by compound modeling method. The rats were divided into blank control group, model control group, Qige zhixuan granule low (0.4 g/kg), medium (0.8 g/kg), high (1.6 g/kg) dosage group and Jingfukang granule positive control group. The cervical X-ray imaging and vertebral-basement of CSA rats were observed after 4 weeks. The influence of arterial blood flow velocity and hemorheology. Results : Compared with the blank group, the X-ray score of the model group was significantly increased (P〈0.01), the vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity was decreased (P〈0.01), and the erythrocyte aggregation index was increased (P〈0.01). Compared with the model control group, The high dose group of Qige zhixue granules reduced the X-ray score of CSA rats (P〈0.05). The middle and high dose groups of Qige zhixuan Granule significantly increased the vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity of CSA rats (P〈0.05, P〈 0.01), the low, middle and high doses of Qige zhixue granules significantly reduced the erythrocyte aggregation index of CSA rats (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Qige zhixue granule can reduce the X-ray score of CSA rats, increase the blood flow of vertebrobasilar artery in CSA rats, and improve some hemorheology indexes.
