四川省各市州人力资本竞争力评价研究

摘　　要：人力资本竞争力对于城市经济和社会的发展至关重要,直接决定了城市竞争力的大小。提高人力资本竞争力,必须基于人力资本现状制定科学合理的人力资本战略规划。文章主要运用主成分分析方法,借助SPSS统计软件,对四川省各市州的人力资本竞争力综合得分进行计算并分析,表明四川省人力资本竞争力主要集聚在成都平原经济区、攀枝花市和阿坝、甘孜自治州,其中成都平原经济区和攀枝花是由于经济和科技的发展而排在前列,阿坝和甘孜自治州是因为教育、医疗和工资水平而位居前列。据此,各市州应结合自身的人力资本现状,有针对性地作出相应的人力资本战略调整。The competitiveness of human capital is very important to the development of urban economy and society,which directly determines the size of urban competitiveness. To improve the competitiveness of human capital, we mustmakea scientific and reasonable strategic planning of human capital based on the present situation of human capital,so asto improve the competitiveness of human capital. This article mainly uses the method of principal component analysis andSPSS statistical software to calculate and analyze the comprehensive score of the competitiveness of human capital ofSichuan province, which shows that the competitiveness of Sichuan province human capital mainly concentrated inChengdu Plain Economic Zone,Panzhihua city, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Garze Tibetan Au-tonomous Prefecture. The Chengdu Plain Economic Zone and Panzhihua city are due to the economic and technologicalthe development in the top row. Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefec-ture are because of education, medical and wage level in the forefront. According to this,each city and autonomous pre-fecture should makea corresponding strategic adjustment of human capital according to its own human capital status.
