摘  要:为解决传统后装压缩式垃圾车设计过程中存在材料浪费、设计周期长、刚度不足等缺陷,以某后装压缩式垃圾车刮板为研究对象,运用有限元法对刮板进行动、静态分析和结构优化,在保证刮板强度的前提下,进行刮板关键尺寸的灵敏度分析,对刮板性能影响较大的尺寸进行优化取值,筛选出最佳优化方案。结果表明,运用此方法优化后,刮板减重达9.5%,刮板的强度和模态频率均有不同程度的提高,达到了刮板轻量化设计的目标,为后装压缩式垃圾车轻量化设计提供了理论基础和指导。In order to solve the problem of waste material, long design cycle and insufficient stiffness in the design of process of traditional compressed garbage truck.Take the scraper of compressed garbage truck as the research object; finite element method was used for the static, modal analysis and structure optimization of scraper. Premise to meet intensity of scraper, analysis of sensitivity of the key design dimensions.To choose the best optimization scheme by select the dimensions which had most influence on the scraper of compressed garbage truck. Finite element analysis results indicate that the weight of new designed scraper was reduced by 8.3% and stiffness and natural frequency has been improved with different degrees, achieving the target of lightweight design and providing reference for future structural design of scraper.
