静态自称重系统在医疗废物转运车上的应用

摘　　要：在传统的医疗废物转运车基础上增加一种静态"车载称重系统",可在任何时刻知晓医疗废物垃圾的装载量和装载地点。车厢内装载的垃圾质量可在车载控制器上即时数字显示,改变了传统的人工计量操作效率低的现状,并可减少直接接触医疗废物污染的次数,大大提高了作业效率。此称重系统结构简单,工作可靠,操作方便,不仅适用于医疗废物转运车辆,也适用于其他车辆厢式类货车。On the basis o f the traditional medical waste transport vehicle, a static ＂vehicle weighing system＂ can be added to know the load and loading location o f medical waste garbage at any time. The weight o f the garbage loaded in the vehicle and the vehicle controller is displayed in real time, changing the traditional manual metering operation efficiency and reducing the direct contact with medical waste. The weighing system has a simple structure, reliable work and convenient operation. The self called heavy system is not only suitable for medical waste transport vehicles, but also suitable for the installation of other box van vehicle.
