摘 要:以绿豆(Mung bean)为材料,利用不同场强的驻极体膜处理.测定分析经驻极体膜处理后的绿豆幼苗某些生理生化指标数值变化,以探讨驻极体膜处理绿豆对其幼苗抗冷性的影响.结果表明:适当场强的驻极体膜处理绿豆可增强低温胁迫下绿豆幼苗的呼吸速率和根活力,增加叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白(protein Pr)及游离脯氨酸(proline Pro)含量,提高抗氧化酶活性,降低电导率和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde MDA)含量.当驻极体膜场强为4~5×10~4V·cm^(-1),处理24 h时,绿豆幼苗呼吸速率、根活力,超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidase POD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase CAT)活性达到最高值;叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量达到最大值.当驻极体膜场强为6~9×10~4V·cm^(-1),处理24 h时,丙二醛含量和电导率达到最低值.Using mung bean as material, the electret membrane with different field strength was used. The numerical changes of some physiological and biochemical indexes of mung bean seedlings treated by electret membrane were analyzed to investigate the effect of electret membrane on the cold resistance of mung bean seedlings. The results showed that: The appropriate field electret membrane treatment of mung bean can increase the respiration rate and root activity of mung bean seedlings under low temperature stress, increase the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein(pr) and free proline(Pro), improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes, and reduce the conductivity and Malondialdehyde(MDA) content. When the field intensity of electret membrane was 4~5×10 4 V·cm -1 , the respiration rate and root activity of mung bean seedlings, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) reached the highest value at 24 h. The content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline reached the maximum. When the field intensity of electret membrane was 6~9×10 4 V·cm -1 , the content of Malondialdehyde and electrical conductivity reached the lowest value at 24 h.
