菜籽饼粕多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：以小鼠为实验对象,从免疫器官质量、腹腔巨噬细胞、溶血素抗体生成方面分析了菜籽饼粕多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果表明:菜籽饼粕多糖可以提高小鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数,能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的增殖和溶血素的生成.This study investigates into the effect of PRMs on immune function in mice from the aspects of immune organ quality,peritoneal macrophages and hemolysin antibody production.Results show that rapeseed cake polysaccharides can improve thymus index and spleen.Proliferation of macrophage cell abdominal cavities of induction of ConA and formulation of serum hemolysin in mice are remarkably promoted.
